Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details and other information you enter so our team can respond. Website inquiries are processed through Amazon Web Services and delivered to Hillis's intake mailboxes. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or medical records in a website message.

Hosting and security

Amazon Web Services hosts this website. Cloudflare delivers and protects it. These services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request URLs, timestamps, and security events to serve pages, detect abuse, and monitor availability and performance. Their security and operational processing is separate from optional advertising cookies.

Optional measurement

Use the Privacy choices button to choose Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta separately. Optional services remain off unless you opt in, and an integration that is not enabled cannot collect through this website. You can withdraw a choice using the same button.

Google Analytics measures eligible page visits. Google Ads measures advertising visits and accepted inquiries. When enabled and selected, the Meta pixel measures eligible public-page visits. These providers receive the eligible page URL, permitted referral or advertising-source context, IP address, and browser or device identifiers. They may use cookies; this is not anonymous measurement. Claim-form contents are not included in the website's advertising event payloads.

Learn how Google and Meta handle information. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection on this site; it does not automatically erase information already received by those providers.

Browser storage

The site stores your privacy choices in your browser, with a cookie fallback when needed. It also remembers a referral-button click for one hour to pause its animation. Accepted-inquiry confirmation uses temporary browser state to avoid counting the same submission repeatedly. Clearing browser storage can reset these preferences and confirmation state.

Google reviews and external links

Where Google reviews appear, Google Maps supplies the review content and attribution. Author images may load from Google, and following an author or review link opens Google Maps. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Social-media, app-download, and referral links lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Opening one of those services is separate from using this website.
