Pennsylvania & New Jersey:

Winter storms and freezing temperatures continue to pose risks.

  • Ice Dams: Heavy snow and fluctuating temperatures can lead to ice buildup. Inspect roofs regularly for leaks or signs of water damage.

  • Frozen Pipes: Keep your heat set to at least 60°F at all times to help prevent frozen pipes. Insulate pipes, especially in older homes or outdoor areas, and during extreme cold, let faucets drip to reduce the risk of freezing.

North & South Carolina:

While winter storms are less frequent, freezing rain and occasional snow can still cause issues.
